As presiding tech guru/nerd of my neighbourhood association, it’s fallen to me to design and build a website. It’s nothing new to me — I’ve built them from scratch for over 10 years, but I don’t have the time to do it that I used to. I’d like some options for an easy to maintain content management system.
Based on features, I’m leaning toward Nucleus but would like some input about other systems (preferably from people who have seen/used at least a couple, but I’d like even beefs/bouquets from people with experience in only one system).
My only non-negotiable critieria are that the software (a) has to have forum capability (either integrated or modular/add-on) and (b) has to be free (GNU, BSD, etc). I don’t have the time to manage separate softwares, nor the money to spend on it. Anyone?
